11:17 pm - Fake-o-WriMo!
I am a slacker. I also have homework that needs to get done. So cranking out 50,000 words in thirty days is unlikely to happen, even putting aside my lack of ability to put together a plot that extends beyond a page or so.
But I do want to do something, and my initial idea of just opening a drabble request post has been expanded on by the charming falling_words, who suggested that I write a drabble every day. That I can do, I think.
So this will be a post that's open to requests - if I get more than 30 I obviously won't write all of them, and I might end up doing drabbles from my own cracked mind than the requests, but I'd love to have some sparks to get me going.
Fandoms: House, Firefly, Velvet Goldmine, Moulin Rouge (with extra history rape), obviously more of The Office, Harry Potter, I can try Lost but obviously it will be sketchtacular, Askewniverse, Pirates of the Caribbean, Good Omens, Neverwhere, Gates of Fire (more history-raping), Lamb, Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Tipping the Velvet, and of course the role-playing games I'm in. If you can think of something that I am reasonably familiar with, give it a shot. Hell, I'd try Jane Austen. I have no problem with het, slash, or femmeslash; I might write smut, but that's at my discretion. NO INCEST, MR OBERON. And... that's about it. Specific ideas are better than just pairings or whatever - give me a situation, a word, a quote, an image.
